IBM reported its third-straight quarter of revenue declines, which was in line with analysts' expectations. At one time, IBM was the biggest name in tech, representing 6.4% of the S&P 500 back in 1985. No company dominated the index more until Apple reached 6.5% this summer. IBM's weighting has steadily declined, now representing 0.39% of the index.
