advertising software provider Viant Technology Inc. upsized its initial public offering to 10 million shares and priced it at $25 a pop, above its proposed price range of $22 to $24. The company had upsized before finally pricing the deal late Tuesday. The shares will start trading Wednesday on Nasdaq, under the ticker symbol 'DPS.' Viant enables marketers to buy programmatic advertisements. The company disclosed in its latest filing that it expects it delivered $163 million to $165 million in revenue during 2020, roughly flat with its year-earlier total. Viant also expects 2020 net income of $20 million to $21 million, up from $9.9 million a year earlier. There were six banks underwriting the deal, led by BofA and UBS. Proceeds of the deal will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
