(WBNG) -- Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday that beginning April 23, some vaccination sites in New York State will accept walk-in appointments.
The walk-in appointments will be available for people who are 60-years-old or older.
The state-run vaccination site at 10 Gannett Dr. in Johnson City is one of the locations that will accommodate walk-in appointments.
The governor's office says there may be a wait for choosing to walk in at some of the sites depending on demand.
Cuomo's office also says all proof of identity and insurance information will be needed if applicable.
