Shares in Horizonte Minerals PLC fell on Wednesday after the company said that its share placing has been conducted at a discounted price.
The nickel-development company said it will raise 147.4 million pounds ($197.2 million) via the issue, with shares priced at 7 pence each. This compares with the company's latest closing price of 8.14 pence.
The London-listed company said Tuesday that it aimed to raise aggregate gross proceeds of around $197 million through the issue of new shares.
Shares at 0825 GMT were down 0.74 pence, or 9.1%, at 7.40 pence.
